My name is Jan and I work from my home near Woking in Surrey, England. I started making and decorating cakes with a birthday cake of a London Bus for my son aged 3 and progressed to making cakes for friends and family. I have had many recommendations and several of the cakes you can see on the gallery pages are ones that have been for family members and friends.

All of my cakes are made from the highest quality ingredients. The fruit cakes which are either traditionally rich or wonderfully moist and golden are made by a very special 'Grandma' who has her own secret recipie and very talented fingers. Other cakes available include a Genoese vanilla sponge which is very moist and light in texture. This is usually split and has a filling of buttercream and jam although any filling can be used, the only limit is your imagination.

Cakes can be made in a wide variety of shapes, not only round and square but heart, hexagonal, flower and stacked. Novelty cakes are all shapes and sizes according to the design, as you can see in the gallery... goldfish bowl, beer mugs and more.....
